1.     Description

Four-column Universal Hydraulic Machine has two parts: the host and the control gear . The host includes the body ,the master cylinder, the push cylinder ,and perfuse machine ,etc. Actuating unit includes oil box , high head pump , hypopiesia control system ,electric motor ,and various kind of pressure valve and directional valve ,ect. According to the program of the hydraulic system, the electrical device select a fixed form of working ,with the command of the signal, to finish the technical movement cycle . Under the control of the electrical installation ,the actuating unit realize energy conversions ,  regulation , and transportation , to finish the cycle of all kinds of technical movement, though the way of pump , hydro cylinder ,and various kind of hydraulic valve .

2.     Uses and Characteristics :

This series of hydraulic press can used for repression process which made of  plastic materials. Such as Powder products molding , Plastics products molding ,Cold (heat)extruded metal molding , Sheet tensile , Transverse pression , Bend pression , Turn transparent , and Correction ,etc. The machine has independent actuating unit and electrical system ,controlled by button £¬can realize the work pattern of  revision , manually operation and semi-automatic .

The range of working pressure , pressing speed , speed row sum and speed-down row sum of the machine , can all be adjust to the the arts demand , and can finish push-out technics ,not push technics and stretching technics . Each technics can provide choices for set pressure technics and fixed distance technics . Set pressure technics can delayed goring and Automatic Return after pression . In addition to the above-mentioned functions of the YT-type press ,the Top up tank has the function of top-out, delay, auto-return .
